We have been Buzzzzy Bees 🐝 today at Ashbrook court, our wonderful friends at High Beech school joined us on our sustainability project in our gardens. As today is a world bee day together we planted bee friendly plants, put up some bee hotels and sampled some local honey 🍯 from Epping Forest bee keepers 😋 and honey comb
Our wonderful Toby Jean and Penny got us all to exercise after our sugary treats
Together we feel we have made a small difference to the bee community and look forward to sampling their delicious honey in the future 💛

This was fitting as this week is Mental Health Awareness
We are blessed to have the team we do to care for our residnets and it’s great to see they all support one another
