A nice Sunday at Ashbrook court
We began the morning with a relaxing art colouring session, where residents expressed their creativity in a calm and cheerful atmosphere. This was followed by some room visits, ensuring everyone felt included and engaged.
Later in the day, we wrapped things up in our cozy local cinema experience, where residents enjoyed films together in a warm, social setting. 🎬🍿
it was truly a happy day for everyone! 💛

Another lovely day at Ashbrook Court! 💛✨
Our ladies enjoyed a relaxing pamper session this morning 💅🌸, and we also had a fun-filled quiz that brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and friendly competition 🧠🎉.
A day well spent! 🌟😊

We had a relaxing afternoon in the cinema 🎦, watching a great comedy with drinks 🥤 and snacks.

This afternoon we enjoyed a wonderful Afternoon tea dance with music by the incredible John Sessions
We also announced the winners of our Sunflower challenge along with a raffle winner. 🏆

Today we took a nice drive out to Chelmsford and found the beautiful Enchanted Teapot 🫖 🍰 🥗
We popped in and oh my what a little Gem it is, 🌺 ☕️ 🍵 🧁
We had afternoon tea with the most beautiful surroundings
Back at home Martin from G-fitness popped in and put us through our paces 💪
