This weekend, we celebrate Pride 🎉.
With flags and parades and the brilliance of being fully, unapologetically us.

I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to celebrate our queerness with the love of my life, ❤️

We met beautiful people and made new friends!!! 🥰🥹 .b_ .browne01

As a le***an and a yoga teacher, I believe our queerness is beautiful.
It’s expressive. Beautiful. Soft and strong.
It’s a reflection of the full spectrum of what it means to be human.

Yoga teaches us that love is sacred.
Love is devine!
And I believe that community care, softness, and joy are our quiet forms of resistance.

To everyone in our rainbow family:
You are light. You are love. You are part of something powerful.
💪 To our allies: your presence, your voice, your visible love matters.
Keep showing up. Keep shining with us.

Have you ever thought…

“I’m not flexible enough.”
“I’m too anxious.”
“I don’t have time.”

Me too. Every single one of them.

Before I trained in India, I felt completely out of place.
I wasn’t bendy, I couldn’t do a handstand, and I didn’t look like what I thought a “yoga person” should look like. I nearly didn’t go.

Even now, there are days when my anxiety is loud.
Sitting on the mat feels like too much, and that’s okay.
That’s why I always start small. Breath first. Softness first.

And time? I get it. Life is busy.
But I’ve learned that even five minutes can change everything.
Especially on the days I think I “don’t have time.” That’s when I need it most.

So if you’ve ever felt any of these things.
You’re not alone. You’re human. And you’re so welcome here.

Lots of love from Poland 🌻🌿❤️

For the past 5 days we were able to stay in the middle of the forest somewhere in Poland.

We exchanged London traffic with beautiful and calming bird songs.

All we did was to walk around, enjoy the lake, read, play games, cook delicious food and catch up with our friends.

Perfect! 🥰🥰🥰

And now I'm ready to come back, and enjoy the beautiful life I have in London. I can't wait to see you all again in our yoga sessions and workshops 🧘🏼‍♀️🥰

Yoga is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are. 🌿✨ No expectations, no need to be “good” at it—just a place to breathe, move, and feel at home in your body.

One of my students joined our sessions a year ago. She wasn’t able to sit on the floor at first, but she still showed up. Over time, with gentle guidance and patience, she found more ease and comfort in movement. Today she joins us on the mat.

This is what yoga is about. 💛 A journey of kindness towards yourself. A space where we all practise together, embracing different ages, backgrounds, and abilities. And more so: embrace yourself, today, just as who you are 🌻

In a world that teaches us to constantly do, there is profound power in simply being.

During class, I sometimes ask my students: Can you resist the urge to move? Can you sit with discomfort, an itch, or restlessness without reacting?

At first, it’s challenging. Our minds want action. But over time, we learn that stillness is not inaction—it’s deep presence.

Like a butterfly resting on a flower, completely still yet fully alive, we too can find peace in pausing. 🌸 Our mind too can feel peaceful.

Have you ever noticed how hard it is to stay completely still? Try it today—just for a moment. Breathe, be, and let the world settle around you.

Teaching yoga is a constant lesson in listening—to myself and to my students.

Last night I found myself in an unusual situation: I 💨 rushed into class, feeling scattered. And I could feel the potential that energy could ripple into the space.

Within the first few seconds of the session, I took a moment. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Breathed. 🌿 Softened. And my whole energy shifted.

I feel present in the moment. The waves in my energy softened and as a consequence I was able to hold a soft space for others. 😍🥹🤗

The air feels different, can you feel it? ✨🌿

That first hint of spring—the softness in the air, the light of the sun stretching a little longer each evening. It’s mother earths quiet nudge, inviting us to shake off the heaviness of winter and step into something lighter, fresher, freer.

This is exactly what we’ll be doing in my Energetic Spring Clean workshop. Through gentle movement, breath, and deep rest (think Nidra Yoga), we’ll clear out what no longer serves us and welcome in a sense of renewal.

Let's slow down this year!

I made a promise to myself - rather than living a packed life full of admin staff, I am going to prioritise teaching and learning more about yoga 🤗

This means, I am putting us, the yoga students first!

Yoga is all about living a soft and loving life, moving closer towards our internal love. But as long as we allow ourselves to be swept away by the hustle and bustle of life, our mind will always be stronger. We will feel stressed, anxious and exhausted.

So, all my sessions from now on will be rooted in softness & calmness. Keeping us stable and balanced 😍

🌿 And the first workshop (in person & online) this year will reflect this!

Thank you for everything!

You have flipped my life up side down. The way I see myself and the world has completely changed.

My anxiety has reduced dramatically.
My confidence has increased massively.
