1. Wonder Woman: Loved her as a kid, and the 2017 film had a profound impact on me. I couldn’t stop crying after leaving the cinema—it really touched something deep inside me.

2. Jessica Pearson (Gina Torres): I’ve watched Suits four times because of Jessica. Her strength, intelligence, and willingness to cross lines for good are captivating. Gina Torres’ beauty and talent also mesmerise me.

3. Judge Judy: I’ve always admired her sharp mind, ability to see through BS, and her humour. Her experience makes her an incredible presence, and I love how she defies expectations.

4. Jennifer Saunders: As a brilliant writer and performer, Jennifer’s delivery and wit shaped my love for comedy. Watching French and Saunders growing up, she definitely influenced my humour and creative side.

5. Victoria Wood: A true legend whose writing made me laugh and cry. Her ability to blend heart with silliness and her impeccable attention to detail always struck me as first class.

6. Lauryn Hill: A force of nature. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill deeply moved me when it came out in ’98, and each track continues to resonate with me differently as I mature.

7. Bat for Lashes (Natasha Khan): After years of listening to male artists, Natasha Khan’s music felt like an expression of my own soul. Her creativity deeply influenced my own artistic expression.

8. Despite celebrating IWD for over a century, progress is lacking. Gender stereotypes persist, and we women feel disconnected from our true selves. I want to say thank you to everyone working towards collective and individual harmony for men and women. A massive thank you for supporting and following my page.

💖 Babes, is this you?

Are you fertilising every Tom, Dick, and Carrie’s garden but your own?

A few weeks back, I was in full Gardener mode, tending to everything while forfeiting my own needs. I had to remind myself: I am a Garden, and when I am healthy, I am creative and attractive—it’s okay to flow with my seasons.

Does this sound familiar? As women, we’re constantly weeding, feeding, and leading—balancing it all while putting ourselves last. But how long can we keep going before we burn out? Are you honouring your own seasons, or are you pushing until there’s nothing left to give?

I used to believe I had to do it all alone. Asking for help? Nope. Accepting help? Even harder. But the truth is, I deserve to be nurtured too. You deserve to be nurtured too.

Here’s what I’ve learned: You can’t bloom all year long. You’re not supposed to. Rest, softness, and stillness aren’t weaknesses—they’re part of your power. When you honour your own seasons, you show up brighter, stronger, and more radiant in every part of your life.

So, are you making time to tend to your own Garden? Or are you fertilising everyone else’s while yours runs dry? 🌿✨
