Breathe & Reset Retreat Day 🌿
A day to slow down, reconnect and give something back to your nervous system.
So many of us live in a constant state of stress without realising how much it impacts our breathing, posture and overall wellbeing. This retreat is designed to help you step out of that cycle and learn how to reset.
During the day we’ll explore:

🌬️ Why stress changes the way we breathe
🌬️ The importance of slow nasal breathing
🌬️ How posture and rib mobility impact the diaphragm
🌬️ Simple breathing techniques to help shift the body into a calm state
You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, mobility work and deep rest practices designed to help release tension, improve breathing patterns and support your body’s natural relaxation response.
Expect a relaxed and supportive space with time to learn, move, breathe and connect.
