Breathe & Reset Retreat Day 🌿

A day to slow down, reconnect and give something back to your nervous system.
So many of us live in a constant state of stress without realising how much it impacts our breathing, posture and overall wellbeing. This retreat is designed to help you step out of that cycle and learn how to reset.

During the day we’ll explore:
🌬️ How breathing affects the nervous system
🌬️ Why stress changes the way we breathe
🌬️ The importance of slow nasal breathing
🌬️ How posture and rib mobility impact the diaphragm
🌬️ Simple breathing techniques to help shift the body into a calm state

You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, mobility work and deep rest practices designed to help release tension, improve breathing patterns and support your body’s natural relaxation response.
Expect a relaxed and supportive space with time to learn, move, breathe and connect.
✨ Welcome tea on arrival

Coaches need coaches.
Just spent the morning with my incredible coach
Working on my form and technique for my SFG 2 in April.
I love my job and putting my clients through their paces and really appreciate being coached myself.
Learning the skills of the bell is a process and it’s something that you earn. There’s no quick fix to training, it’s a lifetime commitment that you keep chipping away at.
I’m coached in a few areas of my life as I think it’s so important to learn from incredible woman who have mastered their skills. You never stop learning and improving and achieving your goals.

Join me on Sunday 8th March in Studland.

A half day retreat of deep rest, gentle movement and breath work.

A morning of slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and taking some time out for you.

We will spend time improving your breathing mechanics and working on slowing down the breath. Learning to slow down the breath and do more with less.
Gentle movement to mobilise the ribs and help you breathe easier.
Deep rest to help your nervous system regulate.

You will leave the day feeling reset and recharged.


Delicious snacks provide and tea.

Optional Sauna which is an additional £10 surcharge.

Cost:
Early bird offer £70 - to be booked by 31st January and paid in full.

Payment plans:
£30 deposit and 2 payments of £27.50 to be paid by 28th Feb.

Do you have traits of dysfunctional breathing:
Do you mouth breathe
Upper rib breathing
Hear your breathing at rest
Frequent sighing or yawning

Do you find yourself easily breathless

If you answer yes to any of the above then this course is for you.

Happy new year to you all. A little late to to the table with this post but better late than never.

Avery calm quiet new years spent with and Willow in the van. Delicious nurturing food endless games of uno. Perfect end to the year.

Choosing quietness and calm to bring in the new year as this is what I want my year to be. 2025 was a year of challenges and healing.
2026 what will you bring??
My goal is to create a bit more chill and quiet and more nature adventures. Trying to be less busy and have more time for the things that bring me joy.

🧠 Nervous System Reset – Just 5 Minutes a Day
Your nervous system is constantly working behind the scenes, keeping you safe — but when it’s stuck in fight or flight, everything feels harder: focus, sleep, digestion, even your mood. Modern busy lives keep us in fight or flight mode. Learning to breathe functionally and creating time and space for you is important and helps you to build a resilient body.

✨ Give your body a daily chance to recharge.
Here’s how:
Lie down, set a timer for 5 minutes.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in and out through your nose.
Slow it down.
Soften it, make the breathe as slow as you can, feel the relaxation as your breathe leaves the body
The mind will wonder but try and keep the focus on the breathe
Breathe into the bottom of the ribs, feel the ribs move as your breathe

This simple pause tells your body:

🕊️ You’re safe.

💛 You can rest now.

🌿 Healing happens here.

Find time everyday to do this. Your nervous system will thank you.
