Hello everyone,
I’ve been supporting families affected by dementia for many years, and I know how isolating it can feel even when you’re doing your very best.
I’m going to try something new and wanted to share it here.
I’m hosting a small, free Zoom support space for family members caring for someone with dementia. It’s a gentle, informal space to share what you’re struggling with or simply listen if that’s what you need.
This isn’t a workshop, therapy or anything to sell — just a confidential space to feel less alone and connect with others who understand.
🗓 Wednesday 25th March
⏰ 7:30–8:10 pm (UK time)
🎥 Cameras on or off completely your choice
This is my first time hosting something like this so we’re keeping it very human and relaxed.
