Noticing a change in my own feelings over the past couple of weeks, a quick Google brought this up:

Women may experience a range of feelings during the summer-to-autumn transition, from the blues and lethargy associated with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) to regret over unfulfilled summer goals. The decrease in sunlight, colder weather, and shift in schedules can trigger emotional and physical changes, impacting sleep, energy, and mood. While sadness is a normal response to the end of summer's warmth and longer days, some women also feel anxiety or a sense of being "on edge" as a reminder of what the colder months might bring.

How are you feeling as we are hit with quite a sharp transition from Summer to Autumn?
