before the energy of the year begins to expand again.

🍀 St Patrick’s Day – Sacred Cycles of Renewal ✨

Today we celebrate St Patrick’s Day, a festival woven with layers of history, folklore and spiritual symbolism.

The humble shamrock, used by St Patrick to illustrate the Trinity, reminds us that nature itself often carries profound spiritual wisdom.

Interestingly, 17th March also coincides with Liberalia, an ancient Roman festival honouring Liber Pater and celebrating rites of passage and new beginnings. On this day, young Romans stepped into adulthood through sacred ritual and ceremony.

Across cultures, such festivals marked important moments of transition, renewal and alignment with life’s deeper rhythms.

At Harmony Healing, we continue to honour these ancient traditions through practices that reconnect us with sacred cycles — including Reyad Sekh Em Egyptian Alchemy Healing and our guided lunar meditations.

Saturday 21st March is the International Day of Forests, a beautiful moment to pause, reconnect with nature and step into the fresh energy of spring.
Join us for a guided Forest Bathing immersion at the tranquil Harry Edwards Foundation, where the woodland is often carpeted with golden daffodils and alive with birdsong.
Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) is a gentle, mindful practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in the sights, sounds and scents of the forest. Research shows it can help reduce stress, support immunity and restore emotional balance.

Why not begin the day with the Tai Chi session at Harry Edwards from 10–11am, then stay to join our Forest Bathing experience afterwards?
