There is never any judgement, there is never failure - only the wrong time. There is no greater compliment to me as a Slimming World Consultant than a former member getting in touch & I have loved hearing from members in the past few days, anyone who has been a Walton member knows there is never any judgement, that I am always excited to hear from them & see them return to group. I’ve loved the delight they have expressed at the enhancements to the plan.

Let’s make this time the right time, let’s start feeling healthier & happier, let’s achieve that weight loss dream, I will be with you every step of the way, holding your hand and helping you when you need it. All you have to do is get in touch or just turn up. My groups every Wednesday at 5.30pm or 7pm 🕖

The sun has got his hat on and there’s something I must say.
If your sat in feeling grumpy, bright clothes are packed away, get along to slimming world and start to slim our way.
With Slimming World it’s easy, not a single thing is banned.
The sooner you learn to food optimise, you’ll be off to play in the sand !

How many times have you said

a, I’ll start on Monday ❤️

c, I wish I’d stuck to it this week ❤️
d, I wish I’d stuck to this month❤️
e, it’s nearly May where have the last four months gone?

We still have a good 11 weeks before the summer holidays, instead of saying all of the above, how about in July you say, I’m so glad I started on Wednesday the 29th of April ❤️
I’m so glad I didn’t wait ❤️
I’m so glad I stuck with it the first week, the weeks that followed and turned into months❤️
It’s July and I feel great having lost a stone and a half or more ❤️ this is so possible ❤️

So far this week several brave people have contacted me to say they would like to come back to group.
Why are they brave? Because it can be HUGE step to make that phone call or send that message. Even harder than it can be for a brand new member.
To pick up the phone and say "I can't do this on my own! I thought I could. But I can't!" To ask for help. To admit that what they've been trying to help them lose weight since leaving our groups just isn't working like Food Optimising does. That IS brave.
And I know how hard it can be to ask for help. It's something I am pretty pants at myself. So when I hear an ex members voice on the phone or see their name pop up in my messages I am genuinely pleased that they have decided to get in touch, that they trust me enough to let me help them again, that they have taken the first step back towards the friendship and support that awaits them in group.
There is NEVER any judgement, no questions asked...just a warm welcome and a fresh start ###x
