Aloha folks. We are nearing the end of my lease at The Hub and as the billboards go up just want to say NATTY IS BACK 3RD FEB FOR CLASSES! 👋👋👋👋 we will be here for a while yet so dust off the mats and limber up. If anyone is interested in continuing the yoga studio please please drop me a DM. Would be great if the space could continue under a new owner whilst I pursue my next project. 🙏🏻 Monday was my last 2 yoga nidra class before I take 3 months off from teaching. And beautiful they both were! Thank you ladies for your words of support and love you have shown me over the last 8 months. Injuries, personal losses and the pandemic have challenged me and now I feel a tad burnt out! I am going to draw on the teachings of Niyamas and practise *Svadhyaya. *Self study. Self care. Self awareness🧘‍♀️ I will be returning healthy and happy in March but natty will be continuing to offer her yoga classes so please contact her on her fb page nattyyoga or Much love. Lisa xx

Aloha yogi’s. Lockdown has been tough this time round and with the Yogahub still closed I sustained an injury through PAINTING MY BLOODY TALL STAIRWELL! so big shout out to who I went to see today. As a masseuse myself you know who you want working on your injury and Alex is your man. You won’t get candles and frills ( I spoil you all) but you will get injury treatment and exercises and very nice tape stuck on you. Hopefully in a few day’s I will be back to the mat and looking forward to reopening in 2021!!!
