Although it’s the end of the triathlon season, Alison is continuing to train as well as getting Sports Massage to help with her recovery.

In the past couple of weeks she has completed Haverhill Sprint Distance Triathlon, where she was first in her age group, as well as the Felixstowe Triathlon as part of a team!

I’m excited to continue working with her in preparation for next season 🏊‍♀️ 🚴🏼‍♀️🏃‍♀️

•SHOULDER MOBILITY•

Here’s some easy shoulder mobility exercises I find helpful when my clients have restricted mobility.

One year Cancer free!

Remember lads to check your balls for any lumps or bumps and get them checked out straight away! It could save your life.
Today is one year on from me being cancer free. My Brighton marathon journey continues and has been rescheduled for September 12th. Training is restarting this month! 🏃🏼‍♂️🏃

I can’t recommend Yoga enough to my clients.

•SIDE PLANK•

The side plank helps to strengthen your core without stressing your spine, just like the plank.

This exercise works your deep spinal stabilising muscles, Quadratus Lumborum, helping to protect the spine.

The Plank is an isometric core exercise with an aim of maintaining a neutral spine.
