🍜Perfect PAD THAI 🍜
Sweet, sour, savoury, tangy, nutty, and spicy – a pad Thai is a welcome assault on our taste buds! 🤪🤪
We wanted to share one of our most favourite recipes with you guys!!! 30-minute PAD THAI NOODLES 🍜⏰ Fully loaded with carrot, onions, peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, and crumbled tofu 🌶🥕🍅🧄🧅 The sauce completely lifts the dish and gives it that authentic taste🤤 It’s made with tahini, soy/tamari, lime, coriander, agave, ginger and a key ingredient – PONZU, which is basically a citrus soy ,don’t worry if you don’t have this at home but do look out for it in your local Asian supermarket, it will change your food! 🙌🍋
Pad Thai has a special place in my heart as it reminds me of my first 2 family holidays to Thailand back in the early 2000’s. When I think of Thailand, I think Pad Thai, perfectly cooked, a taste sensation, and whipped up in no time at all at the many amazing street food stalls in Thailand 🤩🤩 I literally lived on it while we were out there. Who else agrees that Thai street food is among the best in the world? 🙋♀️
We got one of our best compliments after a friend tried this dish, who is a Thai food fanatic and has visited the land of the smiles many times, she said ‘that reminds me of an authentic pad Thai’ – for us it can’t get much better than that. ☺️☺️
