There is so much confusion when it comes to manifestation. So much information out there, which unfortunately, is not always correct.

Being positive whilst you are trying to attract and manifest, praying to the sun, the moon, performing rituals etc is not the way to achieve and receive your wishes. On the contrary, it will only keep you stuck in a 3D way of thinking.

You will then begin to feel discouraged and unhappy for not seeing the desired results and you will automatically think that the reason you are not attracting is because you are not deserving and you are not worthy enough. WRONG!

It is all about Frequencies, Vibrations and Alignment my friends.

You will only attract and manifest what you are, NOT what you want🍃

LET’S DO THIS🍃

🍃I have spoken many times about the importance of keeping our vibrational frequency high. Not only on a healthy & physical level but on a mental & manifestation level too.

🍃It is extremely important now more than ever to do just that. It is our duty to help ourselves and humanity during this shift and one way we can do this is through meditation.

🍃Although the lockdown has been lifted we as a collective have been tremendously affected on a phisycal, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

🍃We are still expecting more challenging times ahead and therefore it is paramount that we all get together and help ourselves, the planet and the collective as much as we can even if it is at an energetic level.

🍃How is that possible?
Every person’s vibrational frequency affects the people around them and the entire planet. By raising and keeping our vibrational frequency high, the collective and our planet earth-Mother Gaia- will raise with us (think of the ripple effect).

🍃Meditation is knowing to be a very powerful discipline not only for distressing, relaxing, calming, healing and rejuvenating but also for connecting and help spreading the healing energy all around us.

🍃NOW... The good news is that I am resuming my online meditation classes to help this process and I have created a unique meditative journey for you.

Don’t give your power away. Don’t waist your time and energy explaining yourself to people who will never understand you. It is not your job to make them see differently. TODAY I BEGIN AND SO I SAY TO
MYSELF....

Yes, I have faced pain, loss, suffering, anxiety and betrayal but that it’s not going to define who I am, who I want to be and the life I want to live. Change start with me and I have the power to transform my life by becoming aligned. Nothing and no one is going to stop me. Mo fear, no doubt is going to hold me back. I made my mind up and even if I am faced with new challenges, I will continue imperterrita knowing full well that every time I am faced with new challenges, it is not to limit me but rather, to teach me valuable lessons. I, therefore, take the lessons and I move on wiser, smarter and more resilient. I know that all the answers I seek are within me and not outside of me. I know what my heart desires and I will get it. I am ready to be blessed. Everything I deserve is on its way to me. All that I desire, deserve and imagine will manifest for me effortlessly. I am aligned. My heart is open. I hear the voice of my soul speaking to me, guiding me and reassuring me. I am aligned, I am ready.

High Vibration = High Manifestation💯
Do you know how your vibrational frequency works? Do you know how to raise and keep your vibrational frequency high? When you are vibrating on a low frequency you will only attract people, situations, jobs, health, romantic partners that match the same vibrational frequency as you, there is no escape from that but then we complain. We complain that things do not go right, that we keep on meeting the same kind of people, circumstances and situations in our lives. Our health isn’t great and doesn’t seem to improve and I could go on and on. People that vibrate on a different vibrational frequency cannot possibly match and that is when we see breakups, fall-outs, discord and what many people wrongly call “bad luck” it is all and only about vibrating high.
