Lovely Charles has now started with B2B and come with a wealth of experience.
Charles qualified with a Masters in Osteopathy (Msc. Ost) from Swansea University in 2022. That same year, he successfully applied to medical school at Charles University in Prague, furthering his knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Whilst in the Czech Capital, Charles practiced Osteopathy with patients of different lifestyle such as deskbound workers, amateur and professional athletes and, after further training, collaborated with a dental clinic to practice Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ) care.

Charles combines structural and functional approaches to holistically address the causes of chronic or acute pain and to promote longevity. Truly passionate about the human anatomy, he takes great care in educating his patients about the ins and outs of their pains and how to best manage them at home. Charles enjoys this humane aspect of treatment to manage the psychological and emotional baggage that comes with aches and injuries.

Franco-British, Charles is family oriented and has lived in 5 countries: France, England, USA, Wales and Czechia. He enjoys making the most of the French alps by skiing in winter and hiking in summer. Frequently looking for different sporting endeavours, he enjoys running and cycling in Richmond Park with his father and complements his activities with various strength trainings with his older sisters. He also enjoys a scone and cup of tea in the company of his mother and his dog.

Charles’ passion for health started while studying his A-Levels in the USA after shadowing surgeons and competing as a sprinter before returning to the UK where he trained for BUCS championships. By connecting motion and medicine, Charles is goal oriented and tailors his approach to individual patient needs.

“Your diagnosis isn’t a sentence, it is an opportunity to refine your lifestyle. And i’m here to ensure that you can understand what’s going on and to accompany you on your journey to great health. It’s not a question of IF… but HOW !”

The third newbie to Back to Back. Welcome to Bow.
Bow is an osteopath with a background in strength training and coaching. Unlike many who grew up immersed in sport, she developed her love for movement later in life, going on to explore rugby, CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kitesurfing, freediving, and strength training. These experiences shaped her belief that a strong, healthy body and a strong mind-body connection are essential for doing the things we love with ease.

She takes a particular interest in working with people who are pre- or post-surgical or recovering from injury. Having overcome personal injuries herself, Bow understands exactly what it takes to guide patients through rehabilitation — knowing what to do and how to do it so they can recover as quickly as possible while protecting their long-term health.

Her superpower is breaking down complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand information. Bow believes that moving out of pain and into better health should be a partnership rather than just being told what to do. She supports her patients every step of the way, ensuring they feel confident and never left stuck or unfamiliar on their journey.

Having spent much of her own career in desk-based roles, Bow deeply understands the strains, stiffness, and frustrations that come with modern working life. She recognises how challenging it can be to fit movement into a busy day, and she helps patients find practical strategies to overcome these barriers and look after their bodies in a way that feels achievable.

Outside of clinic life, Bow practices freediving weekly and enjoys strength training. A few times each year she travels and goes camping, and at home she shares life with two amazing cats who keep things full of personality.

Flow is also part of the new team at Back to Back. She has a special interest in Tennis and is a coach too. Florence is a Physiotherapist and Graduate Osteopath with a first-class honours degree from the University of Liverpool and postgraduate training at the University College of Osteopathy. She has a passion for musculoskeletal health and takes a full-body, holistic approach to treatment, blending evidence-based exercise prescription with hands-on manual therapy.

Her clinical experience spans NHS settings, private practice, and sporting events, including supporting runners with post-event recovery at the London Marathon. Florence’s background as a tennis coach has shaped her dynamic, movement-focused approach, allowing her to create tailored rehabilitation and performance strategies for athletes and active individuals of all levels.

When you come to see Florence, you can expect a friendly, collaborative approach. She works closely with each patient to understand their goals and lifestyle, then develops achievable, relevant solutions and exercise programmes to address their specific needs. Her aim is not just to relieve pain but to empower patients with the tools and confidence to improve long-term health and performance.

Sport has always been central to Florence’s life. She grew up as a competitive tennis player, went on to captain her university women’s tennis team, and still enjoys coaching today. Alongside tennis, she is a keen runner and swimmer, and loves the balance and energy that being active outdoors brings. These experiences continue to fuel her belief that movement is not only vital for health, but also a lifelong source of enjoyment and resilience.

This is Mia... one of our new osteopaths at Back to Back. She has an interest in swimming injuries and is also a swim coach for those needing help with their stroke etc. Mia graduated with a master’s degree in osteopathy from Swansea University, and since started her journey into women’s health and nutrition. Mia treats with a friendly, approachable nature and has a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and optimise their health.

Having a background in competitive swimming and sports throughout her education, Mia understands the importance of movement, performance and recovery. Alongside her osteopathic work, she is also a qualified swimming teacher, which has inspired her growing interest in aquatic rehabilitation and cold-water therapy as a complementary approach to health and wellbeing.

Mia takes a holistic approach to care, combining hands on treatment, lifestyle advice and exercise rehabilitation that fits seamlessly into everyday routines. Her aim is to not only relieve pain but to also address the underlying causes, supporting long term recovery and resilience. She enjoys empowering my patients with practical tools and tailored exercises so they can feel confident in managing their own health and getting back to their optimal health and activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Mia enjoys exploring the city, trying new things and recently taken up pickleball. She brings the same energy and enthusiasm from her personal interests into her work, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her patients.
