Poses for Imposter Syndrome 👇🏼

✨Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I):

Stand tall, open your chest, and plant your feet. This pose is all about embodying confidence and strength.

✨Mountain Pose (Tadasana):

A simple yet powerful stance that encourages you to root down and stand strong. Own your space.

✨Camel Pose (Ustrasana):

A heart-opening pose that lets you shine, opening up to vulnerability and letting go of fear.

Yoga teaches you to connect with yourself, ground down, and build confidence from the inside out.

It’s not just about mastering poses, it’s about mastering your mindset.

Time to show up, believe in yourself, and kick imposter syndrome to the mat.

Tapping is like a DIY emotional tune-up.

Skeptics might say it’s all placebo, but hey, if it works, it works. Plus, who doesn’t want a quick, hands-on way to knock out stress without needing a full-blown therapy session?

Give it a try, and you might just tap into something great 👊

✨ July Yogastrology: Rebels, Rituals & Radiance

July is a month of shifts, sparks, and soulful action. We start with a powerful cosmic cocktail on July 4th, as Venus and Uranus unite at the final degree of Ta**us.

This rare and electric conjunction blends love, beauty, and rebellion, urging us to dream of a softer, more harmonious world—and take steps to make it real. With the Sun in Cancer making a supportive aspect to Jupiter and a tense one to Saturn, this day holds the potential for peaceful uprisings, grassroots action, or simply choosing love over fear.

Later that same day, Venus dances into Gemini, bringing flirtation, fun, and light-hearted connection into our relationships. Expect witty banter and a more playful approach to love and beauty.

What’s behind the red shutters you say? 👇🏼

Behind every studio opening, we wouldn’t be able to make it with our community:

💫builders working hard to open in time. Honestly?! They’ve been our superheroes!

💫designers creating the vibe you desire to practice in day in day out

💫our COO Dan running across London looking for our next spot

💫our teachers bringing your beloved classes into life

💫a lot more that you don’t see here like the product team that makes sure you have the variety of classes in your timetable, etc

💫and of course, YOU!!!! We wouldn’t be here opening more studios without your ongoing support, enthusiasm, and love for MoreYoga.

And we cannot wait to welcome our Peckham Queens Road Founding Members on Saturday!

See you there!

Here are 3 Poses for Perfectionists 👇🏼

🌳Tree Pose (Vrksasana):

A balance pose that challenges you to stay centered, even when things feel wobbly. It’s about finding grace in imperfection.

🥷Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II):

Build strength and focus, but without obsessing over every detail. Strong and steady, but not perfect.

🧘‍♀️Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana):

Let go and surrender into the stretch, accepting that every day looks and feels different—and that’s part of the process.

Now that you have them, remember:

Yoga isn’t about nailing the perfect pose—it’s about letting go of the idea of perfection altogether.

If you’re stuck in the cycle of striving and stressing, yoga offers a way out.

It teaches you how to flow, accept, and find peace in imperfection.

Let’s get real—you’re already enough 💫

This weekend, we’re turning Ahimsa into action. 💛

Join us for our 3 day fundraising event across all 35+ studios, in honour of World Refugee Day and International Yoga Day.

Every single session sold from June 20–22 will help support people affected by war — with 100% of proceeds from single sessions going to Fierce Calm and War Child.

Because yoga is more than just what happens on the mat.

It’s community. It’s care. It’s showing up.

doesn’t just talk about the power of yoga — they live it.
From trauma-informed yoga in Ukrainian hospitals to resilience programmes in refugee centres, their work brings real healing where it’s needed most.

Children should never have to live through war. That’s why we’re proud to support — a charity working on the ground in the world’s toughest places to protect, educate and stand up for children caught in conflict.

Come roll out your mat, and help us do something powerful together.

Way to go New York! Let’s try and organise something like this in London next year!

This International Yoga Day and World Refugee we are donating all proceeds from single session sales to Fierce Calm and War Child. Help spread the word and raise money for these organisations.

We’re testing something fresh at Harringay…
A new mat spray from that does a surprisingly great job wiping out that yoga studio signature scent: Sweat
We’re working hard on initiatives like this as part of our ongoing mission to upgrade your in-studio experience. Happy mats = Happy Practice.

If it works well here, we’d love to roll it out across all studios soon.
Been to our Harringay studio recently? Noticed the change?
Drop us a comment, we’d love to hear your thoughts.

If it’s not already, make sure yoga is on your list!

If you feel you could do with a happiness boost, and are willing to try something different, try experimenting with protocols that shake up your habits to improve your well-being, Arthur C. Brooks writes. https://theatln.tc/vKF4Zu1n

When measuring happiness, researchers have generally found the strongest positive results after focusing their experiments in a few specific areas. One 2023 literature review of 57 happiness studies found that the most common happiness interventions were in the areas of gratitude, social interaction, mindfulness, exercise, and exposure to nature. “An important common feature of the interventions involved in these studies is that they aim to disrupt the behavioral routines and habits that reduce people’s well-being,” Brooks explains. “I mention this trait because it’s exactly why you might need the experimental mindset in your life.”

Brooks recommends spending the next five weeks focusing on different protocols, each intentionally designed to break old habits. Every day, you should track a few metrics of your experiments by rating variables such as positive and negative mood levels, overall life satisfaction, and your sense of connectedness with others. When each week’s experiment is complete, keep collecting your data to see whether the positive effects you recorded during the test endure or evaporate.

“If you follow this approach, I can virtually guarantee that you will end up with fewer negative habits and more positive ones,” Brooks writes.
