I know what you are thinking ‘She’s just another do-gooder banging on about me having a reason to be here’ But just hang with me a minute and let me tell you my story!
I come from a very traumatic childhood abuse of all kinds, neglect, sexual, emotional, physical, teenage homelessness, teenage pregnancy and an attempted r**e all by the ripe old age of 19yrs...I then fell into a 19 yr career that facilitated my drug and alcohol abuse I worked hard and played even harder sprinkle that with endless toxic relationships, no sleep and a dash of a su***de attempt until 35 where I got diagnosed with cancer.....well if that's not gunna make you wake up and smell the kenco I do not know what will.
This triggered my own healing and spiritual/personal development & learning journey and here I am 7 years on.
Living my purpose, inspiring & guiding others to step fully into their power and shine their light and spread their message with the world.
It aint easy, there are bumps along the way.
My goodness if there is one thing that will slap you in the face with all that you haven’t worked through is starting a heart led business, the hardest part is facing those darker parts of ourselves, our shadow but there lies our gold, our key to our expansion, our growth.
And this is where I come in, I am an empowerment & emotional freedom expert!
I have certificates coming out my bottom for various psychological, energetic, spiritual and emotional modalities as well as a spiritual teacher, witch, psychic & energetic balancer oh and I am funny as fudge!
A sense of humour is our 7th sense after all.
I see what you don’t see, I see the energy leaks and plugs that are stopping you from fully standing in your power and sharing your unique flawless expression with the world.
I see you at a soul level, I see and feel your beauty, creativity, joy, uniquness and we work on expressing that to the world in away that is inline of you and what brings you the most euphoric joy and happiness.

What I do lights me up and fills me with so much passion and purpose everyday.
