🩷 Both mum to be and myself felt how powerful the session had been.

🩷 I was confident that after the session she was in the best place to embrace labour. She exuded such a beautiful sense of peace and calmness.

🩷 Yesterday I received the wonderful news that a baby girl had been born.

🩷 Many congratulations for the arrival of your little one. I am so elated for you and thank you again for all your trust.
Can’t wait to see baby once you are out and about.

💙 First client of 2025 today: a pregnant lady at the very end of her journey.
I have been so privileged to have treated her from 9 weeks when the pregnancy was quite uncertain in its viability.

🙏🏻 So grateful for my clients’ belief in reflexology and in me as her therapist.

💙💚 Today I had the pleasure of enjoying lots of baby moves whilst doing the treatment. Not long now to welcome baby.

💕 Feeling honoured to have treated a fellow reflexologist this morning.

💕 Allowing time for our self care is crucial for our optimum work when we treat others.

💕 Today’s session was profound and bi directional. Although I was treating Gosia there was a deep and interactive flow of energies going on both directions.
