January carries a quieter energy, one that invites steadiness rather than speed.

This next block of Rising Rooted yoga classes (January/February) is an invitation to slow down and reconnect — blending steady, supportive strength with practices that anchor you into the here and now.

We’ll be grounding into winter’s stability, while gently awakening the first stirrings of spring energy in the body.
Not forcing. Not striving. Simply building strength, awareness, and trust from the inside out.

These classes are especially supportive if you’re:
• returning to yoga after a break
• feeling disconnected, tired, or “on autopilot”
• craving something calmer, deeper, and more meaningful

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced.
Just willing to arrive as you are.

✨💚 Rising Rooted yoga — strength, presence, and a quiet return to yourself💚✨

There are currently a few spaces available, one on Thursday evening and a couple on Friday morning. Please message me for further details or visit https://www.momoyoga.com/yoga-with-deni/

I support women who’ve spent years putting everyone else first and are now ready to rediscover their voice, energy and direction.
If you’re wanting more from life — more purpose, more alignment, more you — message me, I'd love to hear from you.

I offer free connection calls and I’m always happy to talk things through.

As we move deeper into the darker months of the year, this is your reminder to slow your pace and connect to your breath.

This time of year naturally asks more of us. The world begins its slide toward the busyness of Christmas, and our energy can feel stretched thin, scattered, or pulled in too many directions.

Stepping onto your mat in November isn’t just exercise. It’s a moment to return to yourself, a gift of space to yourself.

A place to soften the edges of the day, the week, to ground your nervous system, and to gather your energy so you’re not running on empty.

Your practice becomes a quiet anchor in the darkening season. A way to stay steady, centred, and connected… even when life begins to speed up around you.

I currently have spaces in my Friday 11.15am class, which runs weekly, a gentle, slower-paced hatha flow yoga practice. Perhaps November is the perfect time to carve out this small, nourishing space just for you.

This is your invitation to pause — to soften into stillness and reclaim a moment of calm before the rush of Christmas takes hold.

Join me for an afternoon of rest, a time to gently guide you inward, with soft movement to ease the body with nourishing restorative yoga followed by the deep vibrational rest of a gong bath.
This is a space to exhale… to rest in the darkness, reconnect with yourself, and honour the quiet before the light begins to return.

Followed by herbal teas and mince pies 😊

A chance to deepen your connection — to your body, your breath, and what’s steady within you.

In this second Back to Basics class, we’ll explore the Warrior poses — finding steadiness, balance and quiet strength through movement and breath.

It’s a practice for the Warrior Women among us — not the fighting kind, but those learning to stand rooted in their truth, open-hearted and grounded in their own power.

Like the first class, this one is small and spacious, with a steady pace, breathwork and rest. Whether you came to Root & Rise or not, you’re welcome here.

Each class stands alone — but together, they offer a powerful return to yourself.

We’ll end with tea and time to connect if you’d like to linger.

Some kind words following the first XL class, a couple of weeks ago:

"In this class, we spent the morning exploring four poses. It may not sound like much, yet the experience had a huge impact. Slowing down and giving time to practice each shape allowed me to feel the alignment, breath, and energy within each pose. I left with a new awareness of how my body moves and how my mind connects to that movement.
Since then, I’ve noticed a real shift — not only in how I hold poses, but in how I approach my entire practice. There’s more presence, more balance, and a better connection between my body and mind.
If you’re hesitating to book this class, I’d say: "trust the pull and go for it". It is a warm, friendly and relaxed learning environment. Thank you Deni!" R.M.

As the seasons turn and autumn settles in, this is your invitation to pause.

Autumn is nature’s reminder to let go of what’s no longer needed, and to root back into what nourishes your body, mind and soul.
Beginning (or coming back to) yoga this October isn’t just about stretching — it’s about creating space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

To find balance in body and mind. To be held by a steady practice, even when life feels less than steady.

Classes run weekly – suitable for all levels. Why not make October the month you give yourself this gift of time and presence?

Ready for a day for yourself after the busyness of summer?

Finding our Balance is a gentle retreat day on the autumn equinox — a pause to come back to yourself. Through movement, breath and quiet reflection, we’ll explore what balance feels like in your body, your mind, your energy.

Not perfect balance. But honest, steadying balance — the kind that lets you soften, breathe, and take up just a little more space in your own life.

Because you give a lot. And maybe it’s time to give something back to yourself.

Just two places left on this small gathering for women, a day of rest and connection in this beautiful setting.

Finding our Balance is almost here. 🌾
A gentle, spacious day retreat on the autumn equinox — created for women who are ready to come back to themselves.

Through mindful movement, breath and quiet reflection, we’ll explore what balance really feels like when we stop trying to hold it all, and start letting ourselves be held.

Balance isn't something you achieve once and then hold perfectly.
It’s something you feel, in your body, breath, and nervous system — and it’s always shifting.

I created this carousel to explore what true balance means (and what it doesn’t).

Swipe through, take what lands, and let me know what balance feels like for you right now.

And if you're craving a deeper reset... my September retreat day might be just what you need.

💚 As summer fades and life starts to speed up again, this is your invitation to slow down.

💚 If life’s been full-on, if you’ve been holding it all together, or if you’re feeling a little unanchored – then this is your reminder to book in some time for you.

💚 Beginning (or coming back to) yoga this September isn’t just about moving your body — it’s about finding your ground again. To breathe. To move with care. To begin again. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just come as you are.

💚 Classes re-start next week (2nd September) – suitable for all levels. Why not reserve your place now and make September the month you return to you?

There was a time when “balance” meant trying to keep everything in my life just about held together.
I’d bend, stretch, give, manage, mask… all to avoid letting anything (or anyone) down.

But balance, I’ve learned, doesn’t always mean staying upright.
Sometimes it means pausing. Softening. Reconnecting with my own rhythm instead of rushing to meet everyone else’s.

That’s why I created Finding our Balance — a retreat day to honour that shift.
Not balance as perfection. But balance as honest alignment — body, breath, and mind coming back into relationship.

If that’s something you’ve been craving too, I’d love you to come.
