*** Practice Closure***
Dear Patients
We just wanted to let you know that Church Street Practice will be closed from 1.00pm to 6.30pm on Wednesday 24th September 2025 for essential training.
This closure has been agreed by the local commissioning board (BOB ICB) to allow GP practices to facilitate training for their whole practice team.
If you require medical attention please do not ring the surgery but contact NHS111. If you require urgent or immediate treatment, please either attend Urgent Care or if life threatening consider attendance at A&E.
For any non-urgent queries or bookings we would ask that you contact the surgery on an alternative day via the usual method.
Many thanks in advance for your cooperation and support in this matter.

Managing your health and care through the NHS App – tell us your views!
We would like to hear your views on using the NHS App to manage your health and care. We want to know things like:
• Have you heard of the NHS App?
• Do you use it or do you prefer to deal directly with your GP practice?
• Would you like to use the app but can’t?
• What works well and what doesn’t?
Whether you use the NHS App or not, we would really like to hear from you.
You can share your views and experiences our short anonymous survey.
If you would prefer a printed survey or would like to talk to us about this, please call Healthwatch Oxfordshire on 01865 520520 or email us at hello@healthwatchoxfordshire.co.uk
We will use your feedback to tell the people in charge of local NHS services how well the app is working well and what could be better.
This survey is anonymous – you do not have to say who you are and we will not identify you.
The survey will be open until 5pm on Friday 15th August.

Please take a few minutes to take our survey.

Update on Mounjaro.

We have many patients asking about the Mounjaro injection and if they can receive this on the NHS.
Some patients are eligible for this, however the criteria is very strict and must be followed. Any patients eligible will be contacted directly by us. If you have not been contacted, then this means you do not fit the NHS criteria and will not be able to receive this via NHS prescription.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
