If you would like to use a birthing pool, have you checked out if your choice of birthing location has one or several? For some this is absolutely plan 'A' and so if this is a non-negotiable for you, have you thought about a home birth and hiring one?

Is induction absolutely the right decision in some cases? Yes, definitely ✅

Is artificially ending a pregnancy too soon the wrong decisions in others? Yes, absolutely ✅

Inductions can be a positive experience. they can do what they're meant to do and everyone's happy.

But sometimes the conversation around induction isn't as transparent as it should be. If you don't know it might be a very long process, nobody knows until it happens and in that time your baby might have come naturally, in its own time!
There are alternatives, that you can decline, that one intervention increases you chances of another intervention, that an unplanned caesarean might be a outcome.

So if you are offered an induction, here are some key questions you can ask ⬇️⬇️⬇️
