The F**T principle is an important tool when it comes to recovery as well as all types of training as it will guide you through the journey and will feel confident when doing it.
- How frequently are you perfoming your exercises? This will depend on your goal but generally you need to be engaging in rehab 3-4 x a week
- What intensity are you performing it? Under performing or over exherting yourself will really affect your recovery process
- Type of training? Cardiovascular, hypertrophy, strength. Each has its own benefits
- Time? How long are your sessions? Your body needs to reach a certain level of performance so the amount of energy you exhert will be an important factor here
