My biggest achievement has been qualifying for the Triathlon World Championship in Vegas so I know what a truly satisfying feeling it is to work towards and achieve a personal target, no matter how big or small. I offer bespoke 1:1 & 1:2 training sessions focusing on functional exercise, guaranteed to get you fit and strong and loose those extra pounds. PRENATAL EXERCISE
I feel many pregnant women are unsure of what exercises they 'should be doing' and what exercises they 'should be avoiding' during pregnancy. So, with my specialism in prenatal exercise I am here to help! Exercising through pregnancy can reduce common prenatal discomforts such as swelling, fatigue, muscle cramps, urinary incontinence, unstable pelvis and lower back pain. Join me for 1:1 sessions that include functional strength training, core stability and flexibility during pregnancy. Come away knowing you are doing the best for you and your baby. POSTNATAL EXERCISE
After 2 traumatic births, my boys zap any spare time I have! I'm now more of a runner and try and stay fit & healthy in-between being 'mum'. Thankfully us women get exceptionally good at multi-tasking! Clawing back your fitness post birth can seem like a mountain to climb but exercise will give you a physical and mental boost, that spring in your step and aid postnatal recovery. With my specialist knowledge in postnatal exercise and NUTRITION for healing and recovery you will get fitter for your task ahead...motherhood. Commit to training hard and smart using free weights and functional equipment in my studio here in Wantage.

Gymnastics has always been my biggest struggle. Lack of skill, patience & timing BUT tonight I did my first pull over 🎉

Yes, it was banded & I had lots of failed attempts (as you can see!) but I got one!

Plus, I now have a ton of lower abdominal exercises to work on with the hope of achieving this movement without the band before next Christmas 🤣

PT client & friend who has become incredibly STRONG over the past 3 years.

A prime example of how you CAN prioritise your fitness with 2 x weekly 30min PT sessions with me!

Like most women Katie juggles a hectic work schedule, life with 2 small humans, a social life (although I think this is mostly fitness!) & everyday life admin. Hats off to you my friend. Your consistency to training is admirable, I love seeing your progress & I'm sure there is still more to come 🙂 Time to incorporate some running intervals 😜

This race is a great alternative to HYROX. Freshening to click a link & purchase a reasonably priced ticket in minutes.

I love meat dishes but try and get 1 or 2 plant based meals weekly. This is super quick and easy, just thrown together in under 5 mins.

Hope it gives you some inspiration ✨

🌱Tempeh. Whopping 22g protein per 100g.
🌱White onion 🧅
🌱Garlic (squeezy tube saves time)
🌱Root ginger. I grate from frozen, less waste
🌱Sesame seeds
🌱Soy sauce

Throw it all together and either lightly fry or oven bake until tempeh is crispy. Serve with a delicious salad or with a jacket potato 😋

Strength Training for Ladies 💪

😭 Post 40 women can lose 3-8% of muscle mass per decade
😭 This translates into a 1-2% strength loss per year
😭 The decline in Estrogen plays a massive part in this....

BUT THE GOOD NEWS....

💪 We can slow this loss by lifting weights
💪 Increasing protein intake
