Case in point: after joking about in group and my referring to the Sexy Swan, I've actually just gone and done it myself 💃🏼. I was feeling a bit “meh” with the day, but a few minutes later I’ve warmed up, loosened some tight muscles, and remembered how powerful “little and often” can be — not just for the body, but brilliant for the mind too💃🏼.
