EMS Physio Ltd…a new chapter EMS Physio Ltd is delighted to announce it will become part of the HCE Medical Group Ltd from April 2025, ensuring the continuation of our brand, product line and distribution. Our operations will be moving to Scotland, in co-ordination with GM Instruments Ltd who are also part of the HCE group.
This strategic acquisition will strengthen our position in the industry and enhance our ability to deliver even greater value to our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
In our previous announcement, EMS Physio had informed its customers and partners of an impending closure. However, with this new successful acquisition by HCE, the company is now poised to overcome these challenges and continue its legacy of innovation and excellence in the physiotherapy market.
This acquisition will enable us to navigate previous challenges while continuing to provide high-quality products to physical therapists both in the UK and around the world.
EMS Physio extends its thanks to its loyal customers, distributors and employees for their patience and support throughout this challenging time. The company looks forward to a reinvigorated future and to continue its mission to deliver exceptional physiotherapy equipment worldwide.
