PLEASE READ‼️Before wax removal it is important to ensure the wax is soft enough, this not only makes the process more comfortable for you but also increases the chance of removing all the wax in the same appointment. I recommend using Earol which can be purchased at most local pharmacies and health stores. Use 3 squirts into each ear, 3 times a day for 3 days before the appointment. If you wear hearing aids use 3 squirts into each ear in the evening for 5 days and avoid wearing hearing aids after application.
In cases where softening oil has not been used as instructed and wax is too hard to remove in one appointment there will be a return charge of £30.
