Yesterday our Managing Director Ian was joined by his wife Amy and Ops Director Sophia to complete an epic 18 mile walk across East Herts raising money for Royal Osteoporosis Society

After an early morning start in Welwyn, the team crossed the finish line in Bishop’s Stortford just under 6 hours later! What a fantastic team effort (and from Luna too! 🐶)

Congratulations to our Managing Director, Ian, who recently completed the Edinburgh Half Marathon, raising over £500 for the Royal Osteoporosis Society

The ROS carry out vital work to promote bone health which in turn can help prevent broken bones due to falls and accidents in later life.

This fantastic achievement comes after Walfinch’s wider pledge to raise money to help fund ROS research, awareness and treatments.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of attending the annual networking event at the beautiful in Welwyn. Some key highlights included learning about the new structure for CQC inspections, meeting Apetito who provide nutritious meals at home for specially tailored diets, and speaking with about their free home visits for vulnerable adults. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative day for all!
