I often get asked what Reiki is. For me when I’ve received Reiki it’s like all my puzzle pieces have been put back together and I feel whole again. It reconnects me to myself, grounds me, makes me appreciate how lucky I am to be able to offer this magic to my clients.

I found this beautiful quote yesterday. I saved it at 11:11. Things have a way of showing up when you need them. Yesterday was a day of signs, belief, gratitude, energy and love. Life has ways of showing you what is important and giving you things you have waited for at the right time. Reiki showed up in my life when I needed it and I have learnt so much from it. I feel blessed to be able to share the energy, clarity and peace it brings 🙏🏻
