After months of go-go-go 🏃‍♀️, I’ve finally had more than two days off since December, and wow, I didn’t realise just how much I needed it.🙌
 This trip has given me the space to breathe again… to come back to myself. 🌊

It’s reminded me why I care so deeply about holding space for others to pause, reflect, and feel.🧘‍♀️

On SUNDAY 27th JULY, me and will be holding our next NOURISHING CIRCLE, a gentle afternoon of connection, stillness, and shared healing.

This will be the third and final circle in our series on the feeling of not being good enough. A theme so many of us carry quietly, but one that softens when held in community.
