⭐️Mamas night off ⭐️
Imagine a room all set up with candles, soft music blankets and bolsters ready for a cosy evening of yoga 🧘♀️
come along for an evening of yoga and relaxation we will do meditation and breathing exercises to relax the brain to get into the right mind space for yoga leaving the stresses of the day behind (and that bedtime routine)
followed by a restorative yoga practise and to close a long yoga nidra where all you need to do is relax and listen to my voice 20 minutes is said to be the equivilent of 8 hours sleep (it doesn’t matter if you also fall asleep)
we will then have time to have tea, hot choc & chats before heading home (there will of course be cake)
No bumps or babies for this one, tired mamas & other tired people welcome in need of an evening of rest & relaxation
