Today is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year. It is a turning point where darkness gives way to the slow return of light. Traditionally a time for reflection, rest, and renewal, the solstice invites us to pause and listen to what our bodies need. Reflexology is a beautiful way to support this seasonal shift, helping you ground, rebalance, and restore as we move further into winter.
