What an amazing CPD for director Charlotte. I was invited into theatre to observe a players shoulder operation with one of the top shoulder surgeons in the UK. Seeing the surgery first hand gives a massive insight into why patients get the pain/symptoms they do post op during the rehab process. Knowing exactly what’s been done and how will also give a better understanding of the healing processes to guide rehab.
