an informed yoga practice with a teacher who understands that every physical and emotional body is different. We need to strength our bodies as well as stretch them. Modify postures intelligently and prepare students bodies adequately for loads and ranges of motion required within the spectrum of yoga. Allow people to be comfortable with the uniqueness of their bodies. Accept the things they can’t do and work towards the things they can with fun, love and support.
