One of our CYP therapists, Nancy received some beautiful flowers and a thank you card yesterday from one of the young people she has supported.

After 11 weeks of talk therapy, the client's Nan told us what a positive impact the sessions have had on her grandson and how thankful they were for this service.

It's so wonderful to hear how this work is helping the children and young people we support.

Celebrating the Women of BNI Endeavour, Ware International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is an opportunity to recognise the talent, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within our community. At BNI Endeavour, Ware, we’re proud to have inspiring women whose work makes a real difference to the people and businesses around them.

Emma Fleming leads Future Living Hertford, supporting individuals and families rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse and helping them move forward with confidence and independence. Molly Burnip brings creativity and craftsmanship to her work as a painter and decorator, transforming homes and spaces with care and attention to detail. Through her work as a mortgage broker, Kate Weaver guides clients through the journey to home ownership, offering clarity and reassurance along the way. Leah Sands supports businesses as a virtual assistant, helping entrepreneurs stay organised, efficient and able to focus on what they do best.

Together they represent the collaboration, resilience and professionalism that define our chapter. Today we celebrate their contribution to BNI Endeavour and the wider community.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Last week, Emma Fleming, CEO of Future Living Hertford spoke to us about the incredible work the charity is doing within our community, and it was both inspiring and thought-provoking.

Future Living Hertford works with victims of domestic abuse, supporting men, women and children, and also delivers courses for those affected by domestic violence. These programmes provide practical tools and emotional support to help individuals rebuild their lives.

The charity is dedicated to providing accessible and affordable counselling services to individuals who may otherwise struggle to access the support they need. Emma explained how Future Living Hertford works to remove financial barriers to mental health support, ensuring that people can receive professional counselling in a safe and compassionate environment.

In a time when mental wellbeing is more important than ever, it was powerful to hear how the charity is making a tangible difference locally. The work they are doing not only supports individuals but also strengthens families and our wider community.

If you would like to learn more about their services, access support, or find out how you can help, please contact Emma and discover more about the vital work of Future Living Hertford.

We’re pleased to share feedback from a parent who has completed Brighter Days — our course supporting safer, more confident co-parenting after domestic abuse.

Hearing that participants feel stronger, clearer and more focused on their children’s wellbeing reminds us why this work matters.

Healing is possible. Brighter days really do lie ahead. 💛

Last week Leah of L S Admin gave us a presentation on the services her company provides, and it really highlighted how much more efficient all our businesses could be with the right support behind the scenes.

LS Admin specialises in outsourced administrative support for small businesses, covering areas such as inbox and diary management, invoicing, credit control, bookkeeping assistance, secure paper shredding, payroll processing and general back-office organisation. By taking care of the routine but essential operational tasks, LS Admin allow business owners to focus on revenue-generating work rather than paperwork.

For many of us, admin is the work that gets done late at night or squeezed between appointments. Seeing how these responsibilities can be handled professionally and consistently was eye-opening, and a reminder that investing in operational efficiency can directly improve productivity and client service. Be sure to contact Leah for all you admin services.
