As summer winds down and routines return, take time to reset your body and mind at our Hammocks & Harmony Workshop.

FIVE LAYERS, ONE SELF - Exploring the koshas
A 90-minute journey through the five koshas—body, breath, mind, wisdom, and bliss—as we explore the subtle layers of our being through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki healing. Rooted in yogic philosophy, the koshas offer a map for deepening self-awareness, helping us move beyond the physical and connect with our innermost self.
