This two hour workshop will give you the space to unwind from the busy world we live in, nourish your body with freshly made goodness (thanks to Blends Wellness) and allow a perfect chance to relax and let go. With powerful music to take you to a different place, this will be something you will wonder how you have never needed before. With your heated eyemask on, mind and body open... Lets go!

And if you’ve been to Mama relax, yes this is it but wrapped up with even more! And I know you all LOVED the hour before.

PREGNANCY BIRTH FLOW starts back 10th March.

Our weekly class incorporates yoga movement, mindfulness & birth hypnosis.

Classes are one hour and each week you will enjoy:

• Pregnancy yoga based movement to support your changing body

• Mindfulness practice to help you relax and feel calm about birth

• Breathing techniques that can be used to support you in labour

• Birth hypnosis & affirmations to help you feel confident & positive throughout your pregnancy & birth

• Small class sizes

You will also invited to join our birth community Whats App group.

Join whenever you feel ready, from 14 weeks to your due date.

Please note, classes are for the pregnant person only. (I have classes suitable to include the birth partner)

Want to meet some other Mums and be part of a lovely community was unique and quality baby classes?

Tinies is our first stage class for the new babies from newborn-5mths at the start, featuring postnatal for Mum and tea/biscuits, chat and giggles! A really nurturing and supportive environment. £48 (90 mins)

Wrigglers is the next step up, when babies naturally are more inquisitive and ready for more than massage. It’s suited for babies around 4/5 months and up to around a year or so. Baby and their adult are in very safe hands here. £36 (45 mins)

All bookable NOW 🙌🏼 Make sure you have your space!

In the meantime if you have a baby and want to get started, DM me and I’ll send you the link to read all about the online course. If you need help and support with common baby ailments, guidance with sleep and your postnatal world… you’ll LOVE it.
