Hale Physiotherapy & wellness centre is a private physiotherapy practice providing excellent services for more than three decades to residents of Ware, Hertfordshire (SG12) and surrounding areas. We have recently expanded our practice and opened another branch at Loughton Essex (IG10). We are a well-established practice that offer a comprehensive range of Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Fitness and Exercise Training, Sports Massage and other complimentary therapies. We provide thorough, professional assessment and effective treatment, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our close links with other specialists in the centre, including podiatrists, massage therapists, reflexologist and our specialist Pilates instructors helps us complete this holistic approach. At HPWC we work with all the major Private Medical insurance companies in addition to treating clients referred to us through their Doctor’s surgeries and local consultants. Coupled with free parking, disabled access and immediate links to public transport, HPWC is easily accessed.

The machines are part of rehabilitation. It’s an assistive technology, where the machine is helping with the motion. It’s particularly suited to clients with generalised deconditioning. After Covid they haven’t been used very much and that’s we are thinking of donating them.
