Well.. it has to be said that has been a couple of crazy years I, for one, did not see coming..😷🤪 It's definitely just as well life arrives one day at a time and that we don't have crystal balls.
And now... 2022 is rapidly approaching. Life is slowly beginning to return to its new version of 'normal' and the game of WTF just happened there and how do we pick up the pieces begins.
I, for one, could not have got through the last 20+ months without an amazing and supportive group of women by my side. It is from their love, professionalism, unwavering support, friendship and sisterhood that this new business has been born.
I am deeply indebted to all of you- you know who you are.
Blending my experience as a former women's health nurse, personal trainer (hard to believe now I know!) turned writer and business owner, with the knowledge I've learned from my 'global sisterhood' this year I'm excited to deliver 'And Now...Retreats' to any and all of you who would like to come and play.
Over 30 retreats are planned from And Now..Writers retreat, to And Now... Managing Menopause, And Now...Yoga, And Now... Watersports ..the list is endless.. and of course you are free to build your own from a huge list of options available here on our Dorset doorstep.

Our inaugural residential 'Hot Tub and Hygge Reset retreat' kicks off on March 28th 2022 for 4 nights in a stunning executive lodge nestled in the Dorset hills- places are very limited and discounted for our launch. PM me or Whats App to register your interest and I will be in touch.
