The Wild Seas Centre is located on the eastern side of Kimmeridge Bay and features a small aquarium with wildlife that can be found in the local waters.

Its perfect for all age groups and is well worth a visit if you're in the area. It's quite small, so it won't take more than 15 minutes to see everything.

It might be most well-known for its fossils, which can be found in the aptly named Kimmeridge clay that falls from the cliffs as they are eroded. The bedrock was formed during the Late Jurassic era.

This location was visited by Sir David Attenborough during the filming of his BBC documentary Attenborough and the Giant Sea Monster.

It might be most well-known for its fossils, which can be found in the aptly named Kimmeridge clay that falls from the cliffs as they are eroded. The bedrock was formed during the Late Jurassic era.

This location was visited by Sir David Attenborough during the filming of his BBC documentary Attenborough and the Giant Sea Monster.

Kimmeridge Bay features spectacular views and an inviting discovery centre. The relatively short distance down to the beach may aid visitors who struggle to walk long distances, but unfortunately the steep slopes make the bay inaccessible to visitors who rely on mobility aids.
