News update!

Today, I made the difficult decision to close my office and revert to working purely online.

It isn't easy because I like working with people face to face. It has taken a lot of soul-searching because I knew it would be final if I made this decision.

However, apart from the initial flurry of people requesting face-to-face work, I have continued to work online over the last year.

Therefore, I have decided to work online once and for all.

I will miss The Treatment Room and all the daily activity and life that walks past my door!

If anyone specifically wants face-to-face sessions, I will happily refer you to my wonderful colleague in Wimborne, who can support you at her premises. Just let me know, and I will connect you both.

If you want to work with me online, you just need a reliable internet connection, and we can get started.

There's a point in September where I mourn the loss of Summer and then embrace the beginning of Autumn... today felt like that day!

Cooler days, amazing skies, colours are changing in the landscape already, the squirrel that visits our garden is burying his Winter treats.

I'm already starting to see banter about the upcoming UK Hypnosis Convention - can't wait to catch up with colleagues and good friends, especially Caspar!

Can anyone suggest somewhere in Wareham, that I can run group Breathwork and/or Guided Meditation / Hypnosis sessions please?

I was thinking the Town Hall, but not sure if that will be a little cold in the Autumn?

Any suggestions or input would be very welcome.
