Meet Scooby! 🌟

When his owners noticed he didn’t want to get out of bed after agility training, they knew something wasn’t right

After assessment, he was diagnosed with a back injury - something we see more often than you might think 💭

With a tailored physiotherapy plan and plenty of care and commitment from his humans, Scooby is now able to go back to doing what he loves

If your dog is showing signs like reluctance to move, stiffness, or changes in behaviour, don’t ignore it. Early intervention makes all the difference 🫶🏼

Dog rehab rarely looks like big, obvious progress.

It looks like small exercises. Repetition. Patience. Showing up even when it feels like nothing is changing.

But that consistency is exactly what creates change over time.

You’re doing more than enough and your dog is so lucky to have you 🫶

And to the rehab professionals behind the scenes — the patience, care, and consistency you bring to this work is changing lives more than you may ever fully see

If you’re thinking about starting physio for your dog, we’re here when you’re ready 🌊

Osteoarthritis is one of the most common conditions we see in dogs, especially as they get older

But with the right support, it doesn’t have to mean giving up the things they love

Physiotherapy can help by:
• Reducing pain and inflammation
• Improving mobility and flexibility
• Strengthening muscles to support joints
• Managing symptoms long-term

If your dog is slowing down, stiff after rest, or reluctant to jump, don’t ignore it

Early support can make a huge difference 🩵

When we talk about preparing sport dogs for the season, “fitness” is often the focus

But being fit and being physically prepared to perform are not the same thing 🌀

Successful canine athletes don’t just rely on enthusiasm and general exercise. They benefit from structured preparation that supports their body for the demands of training and competition.

That preparation often includes:

✔️ A consistent warm-up and cool-down routine
✔️ A targeted strength and conditioning plan
✔️ Regular physiotherapy assessments to identify small issues early

Ready to start the sport season on the right foot? Get in touch today!

And trust us, we can tell

Why home exercises make a difference:
✨ Build strength between sessions
✨ Improve mobility and confidence
✨ Reinforce good movement patterns
✨ Help your dog progress faster (and more comfortably)

When the homework actually gets done, sessions run smoother, goals are reached sooner and your dog gets better long-term results 🫶🏼

So from your vet physio team, thank you for showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work at home.

That’s not just good rehab, that’s consistency making a real difference 🩵
