What a wonderful experience we had at Cranmer Court this morning with Ren and her fabulous Springtime Fashion Parade! 🌸👒
Our residents had such a lovely time reminiscing about the outfits they used to wear, the styles their parents loved, and sharing so many special memories and stories together. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone smiling and chatting about fashion through the years.
A special highlight was our iconic resident Florrie, who absolutely loved trying on this beautiful hat – she wore it with such style! 🙈🤍
Thank you, Ren, for bringing such joy, laughter and nostalgia to our morning. We can’t wait for the next one! 🌷

Our residents enjoyed a lovely flower arranging activity, getting creative with colours, textures, and seasonal favourites. We were especially lucky to have one of our wonderful residents serenading us on the piano in the background 🎹💐 — the perfect soundtrack to a relaxing and joyful session.

What a lovely day out for our residents at Cranmer Court! 🌸☕
We had such a wonderful trip to Dobbies Garden Centre, where we enjoyed tea and coffee together, followed by a relaxing walk around the store. There was plenty of shopping, lots of smiles, and even a very exciting find… some adorable duck ornaments to bring home, all ready and waiting for our own little ducklings to arrive this Easter! 🐥💛

Nothing brings back beautiful memories quite like the smell of freshly baked cookies 🍪💛
At Cranmer Court, our residents enjoyed an afternoon of mixing, baking and sharing stories from years gone by. As the cookies baked, so did the memories — of busy kitchens, little hands helping to stir the bowl, and special moments spent making treats with their children.
It’s amazing how something as simple as baking can spark such warmth, laughter and treasured memories. 💕

Cranmer Court provides residential, nursing and dementia care to the highest of standards for up to 62 residents.

Located on Farleigh Common, Cranmer Court is an attractive purpose built care home benefiting from all of our expertise in both design and operation.

We offer a range of residential, nursing and dementia care and support to suit many needs. This includes trial stays, short stay, convalescent care and long term care.

We have a well-deserved reputation for excellent care provision at Cranmer Court and are well equipped to offer support for elderly residents with sensory impairments, physical disabilities or anyone requiring end of life care. Our highly qualified nurses have undergone specialist palliative care training, to ensure we can deliver best practice care and support to our residents and their families.
