Wisdom of the Ancestors - Samhain Circle

Whether you call it Samhain, All Hallows, or Halloween, this is the turning of the wheel — a sacred time to mark the end of summer, honour the harvest, and journey inward.

As the veil between worlds grows thin, I invite you to gather in circle with me to connect with the wisdom of your ancestors.

So often, we focus on ancestral wounds and forget that gifts, strengths and deep wisdom are passed down through the bloodlines too.

Through a gentle, guided shamanic journey, we’ll reconnect to our roots, release what no longer serves, and embrace the guidance and blessings our ancestors offer us.

🌿 How the evening will unfold:
- Sip ceremonial cacao to open your heart and ground into the space
- Be guided on a shamanic journey / meditation to meet your ancestral wisdom
- Surrender and release in a beautiful Fire Ceremony
- Gather in circle for sharing, reflection & support over cake and herbal tea

Mount Kurama was where Mikao Usui (founder of Usui Reiki) meditated & fasted for 21 days receiving his visions & enlightenment for what would become the energy healing therapy - Reiki.
Today, I visited this beautiful place. Surrounded by vibrant green nature and babbling streams, I walked the worshippers path from shrine to shrine snaking up the mountain.

I am feeling grateful that I had the chance to visit and walk in his footsteps 💕

GOOD MORNING!
My natural circadian rhythm usually wakes me between 5.33 & 5.38am which often frustrates me especially on a Sunday (like today😬)
However, I’ve been following Ayurveda Unlocked journey this week so following his wisdom, decided NOT to snuggle back under the duvet. Instead I embrace my natural flow - relaxed, gave myself reiki and meditated a little. At 6.30am, I was rewarded with this beautiful red & pink sunrise 🌅 through my beech trees 🌳

How do you find laying in makes you feel? Groggy? Sluggish? Invigorated?

Let’s talk about last night!
So grateful to have held space for a circle of beautiful souls this autumn equinox 🍂
I have a sacred agreement that what happens in circle remains confidentially in circle💕
However I can share we chatted about Katherine May’s book Wintering, Becky Helmsley’s wonderful poem Breathe and ate apple cake made from the fruits of my tree. Of course we journeyed, released and reclaimed bits of ourselves!

As I reflect. Each event I hold has a unique feel and energy - yes it comes from the nature of the event but more so from the mix of individual’s, their unique experiences & energy.
This circle embraced connection, sharing and coming back to self💕 And I thank each & everyone of you🌹

Wow - what an afternoon we had at our recent Kundalini & Cacao retreat. Beautiful people, intense energy releases and wonderful connections made ❤️
A big shout out and thanks to those of you who joined us. Your unique energy made it a truly beautiful afternoon!

I love co-creating & weaving these events into life with my very special soul sister 🥰
Our next Kundalini & Cacao retreat will probably be in the new year but we will keep you posted!
