SADNESS π Connection with emotions like sadness is important. Allowing ourselves to feel & process all emotions helps our mental health in so many ways.

We have a whole range of emotions....
How do you navigate sadness? π€
Avoidance, fear, or embrace it?

Finding healthy ways to navigate sadness such as;
Journalling or capturing thoughts,
Letting emotions out to chosen music or films,
Reflective thoughts with photos,
Let tears come, just sit & be....
Walks in nature, a swim, chatting with a friend or to yourself!!
Sometimes giving yourself an allotted amount of time & having a plan for after helps us not get stuck there.... repeat as needed... π
