Thriving nature is there BECAUSE of consciously managed boundaries! Fences, gates, hedges, trees etc
How do the personal or professional boundaries in your life help you thrive, or not?? Financial, time, verbal, emotional, social media, work, physical etc π€·πΌββοΈ
Which ones would benefit you if they were held stronger?
What's causing you to weaken those boundaries? Do you even notice?
How would life / relationships/ performance improve holding boundaries better?
Reflect on which boundaries are strong & serve you well Vs those that need attention.
