Hi everyone,

As we near the summer months and people begin to venture out with the nicer weather, I wanted to update you all.

As of the 1st May, these will be the new pricings for all that I offer within my clinic as seen in this post.

Great news!!

I am now a fully qualified pilates instructor.

Classes will be starting from Monday 3rd July every Monday morning, 11am and Thursday evening, 5pm for an hour each at Harridges Gym in Warminster.

Hi everyone,

Dubai was a fantastic trip with a fantastic group from start to finish.

Throughout our time out there we raised £5200 for the charity Scotty's Little Soldiers which was amazing and also can now support 2 children of the charity for a whole year.

However, it all must come to an end it is back to reality and working in the clinic to help you all become pain free again.

My hours are as per my previous post (pre Dubai).

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that the clinic will be closed from Tuesday 29th Nov to Sunday 4th Dec as I will be jetting off to Dubai to play in the HSBC Sevens series with Scottys Little Soldiers.

This is a charity that is close to my heart as Scottys Little Soldiers is a charity that helps the bereaved children of military family's. If you want to know more about the charity that I am a part of please visit scottyslittlesoldiers.co.uk for the full story of what they do and how they came to be.
