Looking to enhance your flexibility and strength in a supportive environment? Our Senior Yoga Class combines seated and traditional stretches to suit all levels! π§ββοΈπͺ
π When: Wednesdays at 4:30 PM
π Where: McFarlane Massage Therapy & Pilates Studio, Station Road, Warminster
In this small class, youβll receive the support you need while experiencing the best of both worlds: gentle seated stretches and traditional poses tailored for seniors.

Seated Stretches: Improve flexibility and mobility while seated
Traditional Poses: Strengthen your body with standing and floor poses
Breathing Exercises: Enhance relaxation and reduce stress
Community Connection: Meet like-minded people from the surrounding area and share in the joy of movement!
No experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome! Just bring a mat, water, and your enthusiasm!
