Dear customers
I just wanted to update/remind customers of current procedures.
I have stopped taking on new customers for the time being, so that I can concentrate on providing the best care possible for my existing customers and also looking after my health.
I have always had a no show /cancellation policy in place in the clinic, but just thought I should reconfirm, that no show or late cancellations will be charged. Please ensure that you provide at least 24hrs notice if you are unable to attend, so that I can offer the appointment to another customer who maybe in need .
This will ensure the running of the clinic for the future, and continuity of service .
