Meet Jack 🐻‍❄️💙

I have been unsure on what to write as an introduction, there are many human emotions surrounding this.
It has been over 1 years since Whisky's passing and I am grateful to be able to connect with him in spirit 🤍💫

I have been so unsure on a puppy- am I good enough, worthy enough. There have been many rescue dogs offered my way, but none felt right.
Jack was not on my 2026 BINGO card 💞

I am grateful for Tina and her Goldies and all the love they have shown me as well as my friends 💜

I had a phone call from the lovely Trudie in the village saying a 2 year old dog needed a home, as his guardians went into care. Tina and I went to view this happy waggy goldie and I picked him up the week later.
Sam does know! And can't wait to meet him.

Thank you to Hetty for supporting on the first day and to the lovely lady's at Dorset Dog Togs for fitting Jack with a Perfect Fit Harness 💙

Jack has settled in well and even had a few visitors- to which he had to bring them a blankie 😅🐾💙

Wow!
Thank you Anita from Life's Legacy Planning
For bring this important subject to life!

It is so empowering to plan for our deaths but to also inform our loved ones of where everything is such as bank account details or keys!

I also learnt from Anita that an Estate is not a massive English house - but anything you owe money- such as a mortgage or car loan.... it all needs to be paid even when you have passed on.

I know I talk about about how to plan for an animals passing but I had ever even thought of my own death... just that I want to become a tree 🌳

But what would Sam do if I popped my clogs, he would not know what to do about the animals or what my wishes are 😅
And thus I need to find out more about his wishes 🤔 his birthday is coming up...... I shall buy him this book to fill out 📚

And she scrapped her nose this morning 😢

Spondylosis in dogs is a condition where extra bone spurs forms along the spine.

Overview -
Understand the principles of conditioning
Apply conditioning techniques safely
Design a tailored program working with guardians
Recognise contraindications and red flags
Evaluate progress and adjust plans

Students are welcome to bring their own dogs, however they will be in the car until the practical element of the course. We also have Golden Retrievers at hand for the practical element of this course.

There will be a mixture of inside and outside training, so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. There is no WiFi on site, but tea, coffee and cake will be provided.

Sadly so true, keep an eye on your animals no matter what the age x

Myth: “Puppies can’t develop joint problems - they’re too young."

Fact:
Rapid growth, over-exercise, slippery floors, and poor nutrition can all affect developing joints. Arthritic changes can begin in puppyhood even if the pain doesn’t show until adulthood.
