I got really triggered today after starting my day feeling connected to my heart, it changed rapidly with the effects of an ever descending dishonest and toxic male society. Some women do not help our own s*x and contribute to that herd mentality.

As someone who experienced s*xual and physical abuse, I am proud of what I have achieved in learning to love myself, but today proved I'm not where I want to be yet and those vibrations still really upset me!

I've been reminded that an open heart always has the potential to be hurt.
Better to love and experience pain than not love at all!

What a skewed world we live in!
