Appointments available this week.

£60 for 50 mins initial assessment & treatment. This includes email with personalised exercise programme & any GP letter needed.

Follow ups are £45 for 30-40 mins.

I treat all aches and pains, injuries and arthritis etc in anyone over 6 years old. I use hands-on massage, joint mobilisations, taping & acupuncture as well as exercises.

I gave a talk yesterday www.pondero.co.uk on some of the history of pain physiology and the current thinking of pain being understood by a biopsychosocial model! So complex aspects to consider when we have pain & how we feel pain, if we suffer...& how we behave...
