My aim is to provide a thorough assessment of your aches and pains and give you a working diagnosis and treatment plan. If you are not at least 60% improved in a few treatments I will write to your GP and request further investigations as appropriate. I treat with hands-on soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, acupuncture, and have exercise equipment to target rehabilitation to help you reach your goals.

Appointments available this week.

£60 for 50 mins initial assessment & treatment. This includes email with personalised exercise programme & any GP letter needed.

Follow ups are £45 for 30-40 mins.

I treat all aches and pains, injuries and arthritis etc in anyone over 6 years old. I use hands-on massage, joint mobilisations, taping & acupuncture as well as exercises.
