Transformation Thursday… it’s been such a pleasure to work with my good friend Eve!

Watching her flourish this year and having the body work as a constant top up between the many retreats and personal growth..

Her head and shoulders now look like they belong to her body, she stands more even and strong naturally. Her shoulders relaxed, heart open, head straight, ready to tackle anything head on!!!

Hollie has taken on all of the advice, really embodying her new posture and is more conscious of her body and how she uses it!

Why i love this treatment is you can see and feel results!!! And they last 🥰🥰🥰 as we do it over time so the body can change and move in to its new position… we work together to achieve change!!

Session 1 >>> Session 7… although in the photos Jordan is upright, he did find himself more rounded over at the shoulders and starting to hunch through his back… biggest changes have been around his shoulders and neck… his collar bones and shoulders being more balanced and even… finding length through his neck and shoulders moving back in to alignment…

Jordan has lots of scar tissue,old fractures & metal plates! Lots to work with. I have been wanting to work with him for a while so glad he got in touch ✨

Jordan has found it easier to be aware of his posture and has noticed a difference in how his body feels, he is in less pain after doing the extreme sports he does.

Session 3 - Session 10.. sadly we didn’t capture Ryan before session 3! As he was really far forward due to his work. But what a transformation from 3-10 - Ryan stands taller, more aligned, not falling infront on himself, his hips are more balanced, legs longer, ankles lifted, his spine has a better shape to it, head is in alignment softening the neck, neck isn’t working as hard to lift the head.

Ryan has much more body awareness and is conscious of how he is using his body in a very physically demanding job.

Arrived in India to the heart breaking news that my lovely sue had passed away, what a pleasure it has been to have you in my life 🤍

My beautiful friend sue, how I will miss you, are chats, sticky toffee puddings. Your advice, your hugs, you following me out the door to wave me off and tell me you love me. I had no secrets from you and yours were safe with me. You supported me in everything I do. Always my biggest cheerleader, I know I will make you proud.

Thankfully I was blessed with being able to see you before I left for my travels and we shared stories of your travels as a young women, very brave and unheard of at the time. We shared some long hugs and spent some lovely time together. This brings me some peace amongst the sadness.

I know you’ll always be with me and il cherish our friendship forever.. and Il be reunited with you again one day, all my love 🤍🤍🤍
