As the new moon in Virgo slips unseen into the night, she whispers of order within chaos - of cleansing through decay. This is no time for light, but for shadow work. I cast a circle under her quiet gaze, drawing a sigil of release in ash and salt. A black obsidian blade rests in the north; labradorite gleams beside it, catching what the eye misses.

I write what must rot - old patterns, names, regrets - on torn parchment. Each word is laced with wormwood and mugwort, bound in twine soaked with clove oil. I bury the bundle in earth laced with onyx and smoky quartz, asking the soil to feed on what I can no longer carry.

A single black candle burns beside me, its flame low but steady, reflecting in my obsidian mirror as I speak my final vow: What is buried shall not rise. What is shed shall not return. I walk forward, hollowed and whole.
